The study examines a topic of a degree of importance in practical life, which is the resort of individuals to demand confirmation of facts that fear the passage of time that may lead to the loss of their features, which may cause damage and loss of rights due to the lack of evidence, and that resorting to the judiciary with such a request may seem incompatible with the job the basic principle of the judiciary is the issuance of separating judgments after allowing the parties to submit the subject of their dispute to the court, supporting their requests with evidence so that the final judgment results in an authoritative ruling that binds everyone and in a way that cannot be reversed, except to follow this long series of procedures and the requests that the plaintiff should provide to complete them in some cases, it may cause the loss of the purpose or wisdom of the existence of the judiciary, which is to preserve the rights and legal positions of individuals.
