After that: The scholars, may Allah rest their soul, have left us a great wealth in various types of science and knowledge, and they have made a great effort to bring science to their distance, and from this effort left to us by the science of jurisprudence, and I have chosen one of the topics that has become common in our Islamic society, which is the a judge of the bigger with urgent needs and the chanting of stray and what is different from them, a study of jurisprudence compared to the stray chant and begging are two phenomena that we have warned our Holy Prophet on him the best prayer and peace, so I wrote these few pages about these.
