The scientific theft (plagiarism) is considered lesion that most universities and educational institutions have problem with.
The technology and the legislative aspect have the role t in facilitating the expansion of this phenomenon.
Simply speaking, the crime of scientific theft is quoting an idea or novel information without referencing to the original source with an intention.
The scientific theft (plagiarism) is whether a complete or partial quote of ideas or information from a work or websites without referencing to the original source or using ideas or information obtained by the researcher via personal interviews, without referencing to that in the content of his or her research, or the translation of the idea of information or work from one language to the language used by the researcher without mentioning the original source or the researcher inserts the name of another researcher who did not participate in the writing of the research or a researcher makes agreement with another person on writing or preparing a whole research or part of it, it is equal whether it is in return or free of charge
