We have with in this research (the legle principles that came from the international wisdom of justice related to law criminal law), in three demands, we explained in the first requirement the international Court of Justice and a crime Genocide, and in the second request the international Court of Justice and war crime, as for the third request waz about The International Court of Justice and the crime of Aggression and the necessary recommendations in the field of International criminal law.
