This research speaks of the pride of the proud Arab Islamic civilization related to books and libraries, through the era of the Mamluk in which the love of science and knowledge, and the pursuit of the acquisition of books and care.
In this research, how libraries went on at that time according to precise regulations related to several things, including: systems to supply the library with books, and this was through the purchase of books, and copied any number of scattering, and giving the people of science and good, and stop the books of those standing.
Library systems also related to the technical procedures that formed services for writers and readers through cataloging and classification, book binding and restoration procedures, and found special markets for that purpose.
This included an elaborate system that accurately defined access to or borrowing of books.
The previous regulations related to a special administrative system for the library staff: the storekeeper, the handman, the beholder, the papers, and others.
The system of library distribution was comprehensive, distributed to all science centers: schools, mosques, Sufi centers, schools and houses
