Abstract EN

The dependence of Arab Maghreb on the ottmans made a change in its human ,military and military structure .it was charaed with protecting , aimed to marry alocal woman who gave birth to a new geneation which historians called colloquial (sons of slaves), since the ottmans law allows the miliary to annex their children to the military , the colloquialism got benefit from this privilege , but the irneglect by An archismcr eated asensitiviy among them which into aconflict-like note that "the collegiality ,whose growing numbers have become a danger to the Anorchism, that is why the Anarchism started thinking of getting red of it knowing that colloquialism has provided clear services in protecting thecountry from the European threat , and cotributed economically , where theyowned the professions and industrial plants ,shops and financial houses.
