Abstract EN

Abstract The aim of the current research is to know the relationship between the reality of knowledge sharing and the extent of the influence of individual factors in it, and the differences between the averages of the responses of the sample individuals to the degree of knowledge sharing and the degree of influence of individual factors among the faculty member according to the research variables (gender, job title, years of experience).

The research used the descriptive analytical method and one of its tools represented in the questionnaire that was applied to a sample of (100) members of the teaching staff in the Faculty of Education at the University of Damascus.

The research reached several results, the most important of which are: - There is no statistically significant correlation between knowledge sharing and the individual factors affecting it from the point of view of the study sample individuals.

- There are statistically significant differences between the averages of the study sample individuals in the total degree of the reality of knowledge sharing according to the gender variable and in favor of females.

-There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the individuals in the study sample of the total score for the reality of knowledge sharing, according to the variable of years of experience and the scientific rank.

- There are no statistically significant differences between the mean scores of the members of the study sample on the total score of the individual factors affecting the knowledge sharing, according to the variables (gender, years of experience, educational level).
