Abstract EN

The study aimed to reveal the level of pride in belonging to faculty members in Palestinian universities in Tulkarm Governorate.

The sample of the study consisted of (244) faculty members, who were randomly chosen stratified according to the sex and university variables from the universities: Al-Quds Open University (Tulkarem), Palestine Technical University - Khadouri (Tulkarm), and An-Najah National University (College of Agriculture and Veterinary) (Tulkarm ).

The study concluded the following results: The study's estimates of the level of their sense of pride in belonging to the university were at a high level, and the results also showed a statistically significant difference in the level of feeling proud of belonging to the university among the faculty members due to the variables: gender in favor of females, and career type in favor of full-time mmembers.

While there were no statistically significant differences in the level of pride in belonging to the university among the study members, due to the variables: specialization, educational qualification, and academic rank.
