The current global developments have impacted all walks of life including arts.

Artistic forms have been influenced by one another, resulting in tremendous changes involving the overlap of written arts with visual ones.

Novel is perhaps the most prominent literary form to employ and incorporate the effects of visual elements into the fictional structure fabric.

The Arab novelist has been keen on securing a remarkable presence in the international fictional arena so as to interact with current moment changes.

Hence, Arab novelists have been busy with new experimentation forms of writing the result of which is a new dazzling fictional discourse, benefiting from both scientific advances in genetic engineering and computer technology.

They have been inspired by the cinematic elements visual techniques, incorporating them into their fictional works.

Ibrahim Nasrallah is one such writer with his novel The War of the Second Dog in which cinema plays a significant role in forming the novel's fictional space.

It is observed that the visual audience is deeply present in this fictional product, making the study more oriented towards exploring the details of cinema impact on the narrative elements, and the extent of the aesthetic transformation it has achieved in the novel.

At present we have got a narrative known as the (visual narrative).

The study will focus on reading the phenomenon using the semiotic method dictated by the studied text nature.
