The idea of restricting the court to the limits of the case is summed up to consider the limits of what was stated in the decision to refer (facts or persons), and if the court exceeded these limits in its judgment, its judgment was void, and the reason is the inadmissibility of adjudication in a case that was not submitted to the court and the judiciary is the one who has the authority to investigate.
