The research is (the opinions of Bishr Al-Muraisy in which he violated his Hanafi school, purity and prayer as a model), and I chose him; For the oldest study of his views compared to the opinions of the Hanafi school of thought, it reveals the nature of the issues in which the jurisprudence of the doctrine was violated, and the extent of this violation, for the purpose of distinguishing between its contradictory statements, and the sayings of scholars of the madhhab, and to warn people of illusion and confusion.

Bishr al-Muraisy is not considered one of the jurists of the Hanafi school, even though he took fiqh from the senior scholars of the school of thought, because he went against the principles and principles of the school in his opinions.
