Abstract EN

Summary: Within this research I have explained how Islamic Sharia is based on alleviation and simplification in many Sharia laws that are grounded on predominance of supposition in worshipping to the extent that adopting these suppositions is the complying to Sharia goals and is dependent on in Sharia controversies and thoughts.

I have also indicated that a lot of Sharia cases whether in worshipping or other fields are built on predominance of supposition, in this research I included worshipping cases only.

I have also explained how humans can worship Allah by predominant supposition, knowing that if we worship Allah by certainty in all cases and circumstances the case will be of extreme difficulty and exhaustion.

Hence endorsing predominant supposition in many worshipping as in: cleanliness, prayers, charity, fasting and Haj is aligned with alleviation and simplification.
