The research talks about (the provisions of the insane in Islamic jurisprudence) in order to clarify the concept of insanity and the extent of its impact on eligibility and worship and what is affected by it, as well as the causes and types of insanity and the rights that prove to the insane as we explained that insanity is of two types: applied insanity and called (original insanity), and non-applied insanity it is called (intermittent madness), as well as we talked about the quarantine of the insane, and his eligibility in dealings and personal status, then we mentioned the ruling on penalties for the insane when he commits a felony in error or intentional, as well as the ruling on the felony of the insane necessitating retribution, and the ruling on his felony while he is sane and then insane, all of that.
