There are many factors led to the emergence of the term ‘al-Nawazil al-Akdiyah’ (novel dogmatic cases), which our previous scholars wrote about, and left a huge legacy of novel dogmatic cases that occurred in the past, and established their origin in a practical way to treat them.

with the passage of time novel dogmatic cases appeared in our nation due to mixing with non-Muslims, or translating their books and adopting their ideas and philosophies.

these novel dogmatic cases needed study and rooting.

this study is based on tracking, extrapolating and studying the concept of ‘al-Nawazil al-Akdiyah’ (novel dogmatic cases), then analyzing and deducing the correct approach to studying them, with the jurisprudence of dealing with them, and adopting the fundamentalist approach in dealing with them, taking in consideration (the modern atheism) as a model for one of the novel dogmatic cases, to study and dismantle it and knowing how to deal with and treat it.
