Abstract EN

This research deals with two important issues in the life of every Muslim.

First, wasour Prophet, whom God sent to us, was illiterate in the sense that he could neither readnor write? Or does the term (Ummi), which he was referred to in Surat "Al-A'raf, " haveanother meaning? What is the conclusive evidence for that? Secondly, did Allah foretell the imams of Muhammad' family and describe them inthe holy books, the Holy Qur'an and the previous books, as he had foretell the ProphetMuhammad and his attributes? What is the conclusive evidence for that? The research ensures the answers to these two questions by explaining a numberof Qur'anic verses and highlighting the objective relation between them depending onevidence, sources and authentic references.
