The political alliances of the opposition parties in Morocco in 1992 marked the beginning of an important stage in the process of democratic transition, which reflected the extent to which the Moroccan political awareness of the opposition parties and the royal establishment had developed in overcoming many obstacles.

It represented an image of national awareness in order to build the state of Morocco according to the foundations of a democratic constitutional monarchy, which indicated that the political alliances of the opposition parties in Morocco in 1992 played a major role in shaping the features of Moroccan political life.

It also clearly and influentially contributed to bringing Morocco into the path of political openness and democratic transformation through its reform demands, which it stated in the memorandum of demand for political and constitutional reform of 1992, which was represented by the 1992 Constitution.
