Abstract EN

The research was conducted to discuss the role of family reform in resolving marital disputes in Saudi Arabia, and the extent and influence of the family reformer in solving problems that lead to reform.

The researcher used the descriptive and analytical approach, and used the questionnaire as an instrument, if the research sample consisted of (73) individuals from the local community in the Kingdom of them.

Saudi and non-Saudi, and that in the academic year 1440 AH - 1441 AH, and one of the most important results that it reached, is the importance of the role of the family reformer, which came to a large extent and with a clear approval rating (83.2%).

One of the most essential recommendations is the necessity of adopting active learning strategies in the educational process because of its impact on the success of the educational process and the development of students' thinking skills.
