Abstract EN

The current research aims to know the impact of teaching according to the (Edmodo) educational platform on the literary achievement of fourth-grade students in the subject of the history of Arab-Islamic civilization and their attitudes towards e-learning.

to verify the goal of the research, the researcher put the following two zero hypotheses: 1-the first zero hypothesis: there is no statistically significant difference (05,0) between the average scores of the experimental group students who study the history of Arab Islamic civilization according to the Edmodo educational platform and the average scores of the control group students who study the same subject according to the usual method of achievement test.

2-the second zero hypothesis: there is no statistically significant difference (05,0) between the average scores of the experimental group students who study the subject of the history of Arab Islamic civilization according to the Edmodo educational platform and the average scores of the control group students who study according to the usual method.

in terms of measuring the e-learning trend, the researcher adopted the semi-experimental design with partial control for two groups, the first being an experimental group that studies the history subject using the Edmodo educational platform.

the second is control studies of the same material in the traditional way.

the research community was corrupted by the governmental secondary and intermediate school day schools for boys affiliated to the general directorate of holy Karbala education in alhindiya and al-Jadwal algharbi, and al-Rejeebah preparatory school for boys was chosen intentionally to be tested in it.

the research sample consisted of 60 students, including 30 students for the experimental group and 30 students for the control group, and the research was balanced between the two groups in the variables of chronological age calculated in months, the IQ test, and the trend scale test towards e-learn- ing.

the experiment began on Sunday, 10 / 11 / 2020, and ended on Thursday, 12 / 31 / 2020.

the researcher personally studied the two research groups and the scientific material included the chapter (the three chapters specific to the experiment) from the book on Arab Islamic civilization for the fourth literary, and he prepared behavioral goals for it in order to achieve the goal of educational attainment and the trend towards electronic education.

the researcher also presented plans that he adopted when teaching the two research groups.

the first research tool also prepared the post-achievement test of the multiple-choice type with four alternatives (with a total of 60 paragraphs) and the second, a measure of the trend towards electronic education, which amounted to 42 paragraphs.

the truthfulness, consistency, and coefficient of distinction were extracted for each of them and to analyze the results of the research, the researcher used the appropriate statistical means for his research, and the re- searcher reached the following two results: the experimental group students who studied the history course according to the Edmodo educational platform outperformed the control group students who studied the same subject ac-cording to the traditional method of post-achievement tests.

on a scale that makes the posture towards electronic learning, according to the results of the re-search, the researcher reached several conclusions, recommendations, and proposals mentioned in chapter four.
