The current research aims to identify the level of the five major factors of personality according to the variable (sex - specialization), where the sample size (400) students of Kirkuk University for the academic year (2020-2021), and to achieve the objectives of the research prepared a measure of the five factors, and the study reached the following results: the prevailing factor of the five factors conscience vigilance and then simplicity openness to neurotic harmony experience, differences in harmony factor in favor of males, differences in the factor of harmony and vigilance of conscience in favor of humanity.
