Islamic history included bright pages, which were considered one of the features of the religious and civilizational heritage of Muslims, because of the luminous stations that it formed that won the admiration and fascination of the orientalists of the West, at a time when Muslim historians considered it a natural state of what was established by the Islamic religion, and the biography of the Prophet (PBUH) and his honorable companions from Human principles and values.

214 AH) was chosen in order to be able to identify one of the bright pages of Islamic history.

The research was divided into four aspects: the first talked about the policy of Caliph Omar with himself and his family, while the second side talked about his policy with the Umayyads, while the third side talked about his policy with the governors, while the fourth side was talked about his policy with the general public.
