Abstract EN

The research aims to highlight the role of the endowment establishments in supporting and developing the real economy.

It is done by clarifying the role of the agricultural and industrial sections of the endowment, by highlighting the most prominent and most important modes through which the endowment establishments support and develop the real economy, and by explaining how to activate the service section of endowment for providing the infrastructure as well as the active and strong intellectuals to ignite the real economic development; so that it may attract the attention of countries to take care of endowment establishments and relieve them from the burdens placed over them, the research also aims at providing the appropriate suggestions and recommendations.

The research adopted the inductive and descriptive methods and reached to number of conclusions, the most important among them are it is possible to activate the endowment in the agricultural sector through direct investment by the endowment administration or indirect investment through a number of contracts, including: Ija̅rah, Muza̅ra’ah, Musa̅qa̅h, Mugha̅rasah, Sharika̅t, Salam, and Hikr.

The endowment can be activated in the development of the industrial sector through a number of modes and contracts, including: self-investment, leasing, diminishing partnership ending in transfer ownership, contributing to production companies, establishing productive endowment companies, murabaha for the purchase orderer, Salam, and Istisna’.

The endowment can be activated in the service sector through three forms: the exploitative service endowment, the investment service endowment, and the exploitative investment service endowment.

The research recommends a number of recommendations and proposals that help support and develop the real economy through the Endowment Establishment.
