The research seeks to study the opinions of scholars of the Ja`fari, Hanafi, Maliki, Shafi`i and Hanbali sects regarding the phenomenon of road blocking, which began to obstruct the course of people’s lives and harm their interests.

stop harming and endangering those who follow these paths, the way of people and deliberately to shed their blood, rob them of their money and property, or frighten and intimidate them with.

the research included an introduction, two chapters, results, sources and references.

the first topic dealt with the opinions of the Jaafari and Hanafi schools of thought, while the second topic dealt with the opinions of the Maliki, Shafi’i and Hanbali schools of thought.

one of the findings of the research was that Islamic sects emphasized Islam’s denial of this phenomenon and that it must be addressed and limited by applying the provisions of the limit of enmity, which had a key role in deterring the criminals from the bandits and preserving people’s lives and security.
