The issues of the article are about the problematic of social, spatial and environmental exclusion, streamed of the new tendency of the economic political in the current urban politics in the Moroccan cities.

While, the previous voluntarist public politics aim to deal with these issues to reduce and eradicate them.

This sociological research was corroborated of fieldwork data collected around the mega projects in Rabat and Casablanca, assimilated to how operate theirs similar in Brussels and Dubai.
