Abstract EN

This research is concerned with studying "the Qur'anic method in refuting the allegations of the Contraveners through Surat (QAF)".

It has been divided into an introduction, a preamble, two sections, a conclusion, and an index of references and sources.

Introduction: It includes demonstrating the importance of the subject, the reasons for choosing it, its objectives and questions, its limits, plan and method.

The preamble: contains a brief statement about Surat (QAF) while the first section: includes methods of inference in refuting the allegations of the Contravener.

Whereas the second section: dealt with Shari’ah followed rules in refuting the allegations of Contravener, Then the conclusion: contains the most important results and recommendations.

Among the most prominent results of the search were: 1.

The importance of refuting the allegations of Contravener, calling them and showing them the right path since the Holy Qur'an is full of matters dealing therewith.

2.The most important thing meant by Surat (QAF) is the vitality in the aspect of belief and its correctness among the Contraveners, especially on the subject of resurrection after death.

3.Among the most prominent methods of inference in refuting the allegations of the Contraveners in Surat (QAF) are inference by analogy, compulsion with what the opponent knows, inference with the opponent’s imbalance, droning in inference from higher to lower, inference by outcomes and showing the consequence.

4.Among the legal rules in refuting the allegations of the Contraveners that were discussed in Surat (QAF) are: arguing with them by knowledge, being patient with harm, seeking help in performing acts of worship, remembering that guidance is in the hands of the Almighty Allah, and continuing to call to the way of Allah the Almighty.

Among the most prominent recommendations that the researcher recommends: researching the methods of Quranic inference, as well as the method followed by the honorable prophets in their replies to their people.
