The function of the media in the Middle East remained within the framework of communicating information without having a human dimension to it, which made this information lose its trustiness through time so that it became only covers and was no more than just a fragile content that does not help the receiver to understand it in an analytical and critical way(1), it deals with the public According to improvised media jurisprudence which was from the scientific method and its laws, the public does not need numbers, statistics, and field, psychological and social research, but rather getting to know the public and its trends through field observation and popular intuition, and the speech was an action not a reaction in running political crises, The main reason was doing these methods without prior planning and is dominated by a mobilization discourse based on mobilizing the masses towards positions, characterized by intense emotionality, and it may lack objectivity and comprehensiveness because it contains transient manifestations and amorphous ideas and thus lacks credibility among the recipients, especially in its political roles and functions.
