Abstract EN

Andalusia-based linguistic bibliographies have contained ample historical references, which made significant contributions in the course of medieval-era Iberian Andalusia.

These bibliographies made mentions to several event changing political and historical figures.

Imam Ali was one of the figures cited in the linguistic bibliographies understudy, as exemplified in Ibn Sidah’s Al-Mukhesses and Al-Muhekkem.

Some Imam Ali’s references in these bibliographies encountered various criticisms and investigations.

Some linguistic bibliographies, however, elaborated on Imam Ali’s political, historical, social, economic, and administrative contributions.
