Tests that are constructed and codified on samples representing the beneficiary community are more appropriate than others that are constructed and codified on samples that represent another community, no matter how similar the two communities are.

Failure to achieve the objectives within the time limit during the test of different skill, and therefore the possibility of applying the process of combining the different skills of different games during the test can be the best solution to reach good results and effective.

In addition providing appropriate tests through the ideal time is a solution to this problem.

The research aims of test to measure the performance of the boat carrying the ball game (football, basketball, handball), setting a standard for test scores and levels.

The researcher dealt with the theoretical framework of the stage of building the test and its classifications.

including middle school students, the research sample was selected by stratified random method, where the number of application sample (101) students, this number represents (9.35 %) of the research community, the number of students (1080), the researcher used the questionnaire, interview and test as a means of collecting information, as well as the use of the following scientific coefficients : persistence method re-test virtual honesty and subjectivity, and objectivity, and the researcher used statistical methods : mean, deviation correlation coefficient, test(t) for independent and equal samples, percentage,loom,torsion coefficient, adjusted standard percentage score (6-&) .

Some of the main findings of the researcher are as : 1 - Reach the tables of the standard levels and test scores.

The most important recommendations were : 1 - Relying on the standard tables shown by the research in evaluating the students level and evaluating it.
