Abstract EN

One of the most important reasons which that have an effect in producing the modern criticismapproach is the diversity in the approaches of criticism study of : stylistics, structural, deliberative, semioticsand deconstruction, so these approaches had to keep their entity by using from other criticism approaches, what made every one of these approaches branches into other ones by counting on another different approaches, and the modern criticism didn't settle for these approach changes only, but rather it unfold the features of these approaches in old criticism and that helped in the enrichment of the old criticism system, and revive it again and from this premise the approach convergence happened between rhetoric and deliberation, so this research is seeking by that to chasing a new dimensions in deliberative rhetorical discourse, because the era of linguistic and intellectual communication has added something new to the modern linguistic and criticism studies apart from the others, and from this premise these approaches has been crossed and merged between themselves so they can have a massive effect so they can be among the system of modern approaches that have been racing and differentiate between themselves from where its power to initiate the communications linguistic figures, and based on this the interaction happened between the art of rhetoric and other of modern criticism arts that had a massive appreciation of saving rhetoric and manifest it from its old narrow domain to a new wide domain, so it engaged into the changes that accompanied modernity speech and after the modernity in the western societies and its manifestations in different societies.

The deliberative direction concerns about linguistics studies so a set of different fields of knowledge, the most important of them is : the art of pure linguistic, rhetoric, logic, linguistic philosophy, sociology, and other arts that concerned about the semantic part of the language.

This research is concerned about finding the relation between rhetoric and deliberation sometimes it reaches where the relationship between them is an agreement, because the deliberation has been grown from the same womb that the rhetoric has grown from, the deliberation has emerged from the researches of the modern linguistic classes and what related to it from, rhetoric basically is a linguistic phenomenon so the rhetoricphenomenon enters in the deliberative vision to the linguistic phenomenon besides that the rhetoric phenomenon is different from the other linguistic phenomenon because it includes hints and further semantics as much as this difference the proportion of the deliberative vision well be to make it approachable, in addition to that by it exceeds the exact literal meaning and it searches in the embedded meanings being the most appropriate to compare the rhetoric phenomenon in exceeding the literal meaning to the meaning of the meaning.
