Abstract EN

Translation is one of the intellectual and scientific renaissance foundations.

It occupies the top position in transfering knowledge and science in addition to their dissemination among nations.

Sometime, there would be some obstacles that face the translator in choosing the suitable meaning.

These obstacles lie in several levels : stylistic, linguistic, cultural and others.

Therefore, the hermeneutic theory proposes an exploration of what is beyond the text, represented by what wanders in the mind of the writer before he writes his text, and the effort exerted by the translator in this way is much more than what he exerts when he is concerned only with the semantic aspect which is represented by phrases and expressions.

In order to reach the meaning of the foreign text, the translator must depend on the mutual aspect of the acquired knowledge and experiences with the writer, to present a meaningful and strong text.
