The current research aims to identify the effect of the focused list strategy on acquiring historical concepts for fourth-grade literary students.
The researcher chose the experimental design with partial control.
The research sample consisted of (61) students, (32) students in the experimental group, and (29) students in the control group.
IQ scores and prior knowledge test).
The internal and external integrity of the experimental design was verified to remove the influence of extraneous variables that could influence the dependent variables.
The researcher chooses the scientific material that he will study, prepare study plans, test the acquisition of historical concepts, and verify its validity and reliability.
After completing the experiment, the researcher applied the historical concepts acquisition test to the students of the two groups, and analyzed the data and processed it statistically.
The results showed that there were statistically significant differences between the experimental group and the control group in the historical group.
The concept acquisition test in favor of the experimental group, and through it the researcher reached the effectiveness of the lists strategy, and accordingly the researcher made a number of recommendations and suggested conducting complementary studies for the current research.
