Arabic Abstract
في ضل التطور التقني الذي نشهده في الوقت الحاضر والذي أحدثته ثورة الاتصالات في العالم لا أحد ينكر اليوم الأهمية التي احتلتها المواقع الإلكترونية، حيث أنها أصبحت أحد أهم وسائل الاتصال و المعلومات و نظراً لأهميتها تأتي أهمية توظيف جميع عناصر التصميم سوياً للخروج بموقع جيد ويحقق الأهداف، فبالإضافة للتخطيط للموقع و المعلومات المتضمنة فيه يجب أن يكون الموقع جذاباً و متطوراً و يحقق الرسالة المطلوبة و يُنظر إلى تصميم واجهة المستخدم على أنه فرع تصميمي يتطور باستمرار فعند تصفح موقعاً ما يكون المستخدم قد أجرى تواصلاً بصرياً يؤدي إلى إيصال رسالة محددة مدروسة من قبل المصمم عن طريق دمج مجموعة عناصر مترابطة تؤدي إلى إيجاد القيمة الجمالية و الوظيفية المطلوبة لإيصال الرسالة من التصميم.
و من خلال إطلاع الباحثة على أغلب المواقع الحكومية الإلكترونية في الأردن لاحظت وجود خلل واضح في آلية استغلال الفضاء التصميمي و في آلية توزيع العناصر التصميمية من أجل خلق حالة من تركيز الانتباه للموضوع الموجود في الصفحة، فضلاً عن حالة اللبس والخلط الموجودة لدى الكثير من طلبة التصميم الجرافيكي و بعض العاملين في هذا المجال بين الفضاء و المكان، أو حالة إشغال وإرباك الفضاء التصميمي.
و هدفت الدراسة إلى التحقق من فاعلية توظيف الفضاء التصميمي في البنية الشكلية لواجهة المستخدم في المواقع الحكومية الإلكترونية في الأردن، و تضمن الإطار النظري خمسة مباحث رئيسية متعلقة بتصميم مواقع الإنترنت و واجهة المستخدم والفضاء.
و اتبعت الباحثة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي لغرض تحليل مجموعة من واجهات المستخدم لصفحات المواقع الحكومية الإلكترونية لمعرفة الدور الذي يمكن أن يلعبه الفضاء التصميمي في البنية الشكلية للصفحة و نجاح العملية التصميمية للموقع، بالإضافة إلى استخدام المنهج الشبه تجريبي لتقديم مقترح تصميمي يبين مدى فاعلية استخدام الفضاء التصميمي في البنية الشكلية لواجهة المستخدم.
كما استخدمت الباحثة التحليل الكمي الخاص بالمستبينين لاستخراج الأرقام الخاصة بتوظيف الفضاء التصميمي في دعم نتائج التحليل.
وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أهمية استخدام الفضاء التصميمي و توظيفه لتحقيق العديد من الوظائف الجمالية و الوظيفية، باعتباره عنصر أساسي في التصميم.
English Abstract
Due to the technical development that we are witnessing at present time, which is brought by the communication revolution in the world, today, no one denies the importance that websites have occupied.
As they have become one of the most important means of communication and information, thus comes the importance of employing all design elements together to obtain a high-quality website that achieves its goals.
In addition to planning for the site and the information contained therein, the site must be attractive, sophisticated, and achieve the desired message.
The design of the user interface has always been seen as a design field that continuously evolves.
When browsing a site, the user makes a visual contact that leads to the delivery of a specific message studied and developed by the designer through combining a set of interrelated elements that lead to the creation of the aesthetic and functional value required to convey the message of the design.
The researcher conducted a review that included most government websites in Jordan, thus a clear defect was observed in the mechanism of utilizing the design space and in the way that design elements are distributed to create a state of attraction to the subject.
As well as to the state of confusion and ambiguity between design space and place that many graphic design students and professionals have, or the case of occupying and confusing the design space.
The study aimed to investigate the effectiveness of employing the design space in the formal structure of the user interface in Jordan government websites.
The theoretical framework of the study included five main topics related to websites design, user interface, and space.
The researcher has followed a descriptive and analytical approach for analyzing a set of user interfaces of government websites to find out the role that the design space could play in the formal structure of the page and the success of the design process, in addition to an semi-experimental approach used to present a design proposal that shows the effectiveness of using the design space in the formal structure of the user interface.
The researcher also used the quantitative analysis of the respondents to extract numbers regarding design space employment to support the results of the analysis.
The results of the study indicated the importance of using the design space and employing it to achieve many aesthetic and functional aspect, considering it as an essential design element.
