Arabic Abstract

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن صعوبات التعليم عن بعد في ظل انتشار فايروس كورونا (Covid19) من وجهة نظر معلمي و مدراء مدارس محافظة خان يونس في قطاع غزة في فلسطين، و لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج الوصفي، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من 51 مدير و 164 معلمًا من العاملين في مدراس محافظة خان يونس أثناء الجائحة و الذين أُجبروا على الانتقال الى التعليم عن بعد وتطبيقه و توظيفه من أجل المحافظة على استمرار العملية التعليمية في المحافظة و قد تم إعداد استبانة لتحقيق أهداف الدراسة.

و قد تم تطبيق الاستبانة على عينة الدراسة.

و قد أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن الصعوبات التي تواجه التعليم عن بعد في ظل انتشار فايروس كورونا (19-COVID) من وجهة نظر معلمي و مدراء مدارس محافظة خان يونس في قطاع غزة.

جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة في جميع محاور الدراسة التي اشتملت على المدراء والمعلمين و الطلبة و قد أظهرت النتائج توافقًا كبيرًا بين وجهات نظر كل من المدراء والمعلمين حول تقييم الصعوبات.

و أوصى الباحث بالعمل على تحسين بيئة التعليم عن بعد و بنيته التحتية المادية و المعنوية عن طريق اجراء دورات تدريبية للمعلمين و الطلبة تزيد من قدرتهم على استخدام أدوات التعليم عن بعد و العمل على انشاء منصات تعليمية تقدم محتوى تعليمي شامل للمناهج التعليمية، مدعم بتغذية راجعة و برامج تزيد من دافعية الطلبة و العمل على توفر الدعم النفسي للطلبة و المعلمين و أولياء الأمور على حد سواء كما أوصى الباحث بضرورة وضع خطط مستقبلية من أجل تطبيق التعليم المدمج في المدارس.

English Abstract

This study aims to discover the "Difficulties in Applying Distance Learning in The Light of The Spread of Corona Virus(Covid-19)، from The Point of View of Principals and Teachers in Khan-Younes in Gaza Strep School.", and in order to achieve the goals of the study the desvriptive method was used, the sample of the study consisted of 50 Principle and 165 Teacher of the workers in Khan-younes governorate schools during the pandemic who had to move to the distance learning, applying it, and investment it to preserve the continuation of the learning process in the governorate, in addition a questionnare was prepared in aim to achieve the goals of the study.

The questionnare was applied on the sample of the study.

The results of the study showed that the "Difficulties in Applying Distance Learning in The Light of The Spread of Corona Virus (Covid-19) ، from The Point of View of Principals and Teachers in Khan-Younes in Gaza Strep School." came in a high degree in the all axes of the stady which contained Principles, teachers, and students, and the results showed a great compatibility between the points of view of the principals and teachers about the evaluation of the difficulties.

The researcher recommended working on improving the environment of distance learning and its materialist and moral infrastructure by making prctical courses for the teachers and the students that developes their abilities of using distance learning tools and working on creating educational platforms that progress a comprehensive content of the educational methods, supported by a feedback and programs that increases the motivation of the students, and provide the psychological support for the students, teachers, and parents, the researcher recommanded on the importance of putting a futural planes for the applement of the built-in learning in the schools.
