This study aimed to identify the administrative practices that lead to corruption and theirimpact on business entrepreneurship in private sector hospitals in the northern region -Jordan.

The study adopted the simplerandom sample, where the sample size of the study was (350), and the study reached a set ofresults, the most important of which is that there is an medium level of administrativepractices leading to corruption in the private sector hospitals in the northern region, inaddition to The level of entrepreneurship in private sector hospitals in the northern region washigh, The study presented a set of recommendations, including the need to develop deterrentpolicies and penalties to control administrative practices that lead to corruption; This is doneby monitoring administrative practices that lead to corruption and within them within administrative violations, and maintaining a fair competitive environment to encouragecreativity and leadership in private sector hospitals in the North Region on an ongoing basis.
