Criminal proceeding is considered the legal mean of dispute settlements that arise among individuals.

As the case is to be ceased when a decision or a final verdict is delivered.

As this is considerd the normal means of ceasing a case.

As there are also other means and causes in which a crime proceeding can be ceased.

One of the most important means is what is known as Criminal reconciliation.

This takes plase between the parties of dispute.

This procedure or mean is seeked to resolute disputes that occur among community individuals.

This reconciliation also helps to lighten the burden on the justice system; as a result of the increasing number of disputes and crimes in a society.

This increasment of disputes and crimes also reflect on the justice system through the in creasing number of cases at bar which might take years to resolute.

These settlements helps to resolute disputes under the supervision or through the justice system.

As a result it also contributes in resuming intimacy and reconciliation in the society.
