English Abstract

The study aimed to demonstrate the impact of peace agreements and normalization policies on the Palestinian issue, as it was found that peace negotiations ling with normalization policies do not necessarily lead to a comprehensive solution, stability promotion and two states establishment.

The study was based on the assumption that peace agreements and normalization policies negatively affect the Palestinian case reality.

The study concluded that stability factors as well as the Arab-Israeli resolution conflict can only come through comprehensive solution agreed upon by all parties throughout an agreement that pursues political, historical, religious and national realism through a unified Arab position and a clear unbiased international position.

The peace agreements came according to powers Ime balancing, the bias towards the Israeli side, the failure to stand neutral before the issue, moreover the settlement processes were unable to solve it or stop the Zionist violations against Palestinians rights.

The Arab division contributed to the prolonged conflict and to disastrous results.

Any Palestinian or Arab recognition of the Palestinian state Jewishness is an end to the Palestinian case and prejudice to the rights of Palestinian people.
