Arabic Abstract
هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الوقوف على التغطية الإعلامية و التزامها الأخلاقي لقناتي العربية الحدث والجزيرة للأزمة السورية للفترة ما بين 1 كانون الثاني من العام 2014 ولغاية 31 كانون الأول من العام ذاته، ومعرفة طريقة عرض و تغطية احداث الأزمة السورية لكلا القناتين، واعتمدت الباحثة برنامج حصاد اليوم الذي يعرض على قناة العربية وبرنامج الحصاد الذي يُعرض على قناة الجزيرة كنموذج للتحليل.
و قد اعتمدت الباحثة في هذه الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي و أسلوب تحليل المضمون بواسطة الاستمارة الخاصة بتحليل المضمون، و قد تم التحقق من صدق الأداة من خلال تعريف وحدات فئات التحليل تعريفاً دقيقاً و عرض أداة التحليل على مجموعة من الخبراء و المختصين لتحكيمها، و تم اعتماد طريقة ثبات الباحث مع نفسه من أجل التحقق من ثبات الأداة للتحليل.
و يتمثل مجتمع الدراسة بقناتي العربية الحدث والجزيرة، و عينة الدراسة حلقات برنامج حصاد اليوم على قناة العربية الحدث و برنامج الحصاد على قناة الجزيرة.
و توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج و كان أبرزها عدم التزام القناتين بأخلاقيات الإعلام في عرض و نشر الصور و الفيديوهات خلال تغطيتهما لأحداث الأزمة السورية، و عدم ذكر المصدر اثناء التغطية في كلا القناتين بنسب متقاربة، بالإضافة إلى تحيز القناتين خلال التغطية بالتركيز على اخبار تحركات المعارضة السورية دوناً عن باقي أطراف الصراع السوري، و تركيز القناتين على العمل بنمط الخبر الصحفي خلال تغطيتهما و تجاهل لباقي الأنماط الصحفية المستخدمة في التغطية الإخبارية.
و خرجت الدراسة ببعض التوصيات كضرورة الالتزام في تغطية القنوات التلفزيونية بأخلاقيات المهنة الصحفية و العمل على التركيز في القيام بأبحاث علمية مختصة بأخلاقيات المهنة.
English Abstract
This study aimed to examine the ethics of the media coverage of the Al-Arabiya Al-Hadath and Al-Jazeera channels of the Syrian crisis for the period between January 1 of 2014 until December 31 of the same year.
And knowing the extent of my moral commitment to both channels during their coverage of the events of the Syrian crisis, and the researcher approved the Today's Harvest program that is shown on Al-Arabiya and the Harvest program that is shown on Al-Jazeera as a model for analysis.
In this study, the researcher relied on the descriptive method and the method of content analysis using the form for content analysis.
The validity of the tool was verified by defining the units of the categories of analysis accurately and presenting the analysis tool to a group of experts and specialists for arbitration.
The researcher works with himself in order to verify the stability of the instrument for the analysis.
The study population is represented by the Al-Arabiya Al-Hadath and Al-Jazeera channels, and the sample of the study is the episodes of the Today's Harvest program on Al-Arabiya Al-Hadath channel and the Al-Hassad program on Al-Jazeera.
The study reached a set of results, the most prominent of which was the lack of commitment by the two channels to the ethics of the media in displaying and publishing pictures and videos during their coverage of the events of the Syrian crisis, and the lack of mention of the source during coverage in both channels in close proportions, in addition to the bias of the two channels during coverage by focusing on news of opposition movements.
The Syrian government is distinct from the rest of the parties in the Syrian conflict, and the two channels focus on working according to the pattern of journalistic news during their coverage, and ignoring the rest of the patterns.
The study came out with some recommendations, such as the necessity of adherence to television channels coverage of the ethics of the journalistic profession, and work to focus on conducting scientific research on professional ethics.
