Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى قياس درجة امتلاك معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى للمهارات الناعمةمن وجهه نظرهن.

استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي المسحي، و لتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم تطوير استبانة لقياس درجة امتلاك معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى للمهارات الناعمة، تكونت من (64) فقرة موزعة إلى (8) مجالات تم التحقق من صدقها و ثباتها، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (237) معلمة من معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى اللاتي يعملن في مديرية تربية لواء القويسمة في محافظة العاصمة عمان.

و أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة امتلاك معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى للمهارات الناعمة من وجهة نظرهن جاءت بدرجة متوسطة على جميع مجالات الاستبانة، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذو دلالة احصائية في درجة امتلاك معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى تعزى لمتغيري المؤهل العلمي و سنوات الخبرة.

و توصلت الدراسة إلى عدة توصيات من أهمها تدريب معلمات الصفوف الثلاثة الأولى على اكتساب المزيد من المهارات الناعمة لرفع درجة امتلاكهن من درجة متوسطة إلى مرتفعة.

English Abstract

This study aimed to find out the degree of soft skills acquisition by the First Three Grades Teachers from their perspective.

The study used the quantitative methodology with descriptive approach, A questionnaire consisted of (64) items was developed, distributed into (8) domains, whose validity and realability were ascertained, the sample consisted of (237) female teachers for the first three grades, chosen randomly from the Directorate of Alqwiesmeh Education in Amman.

The results of the study showed that the degree to which the teachers of the first three grades had soft skills, from their point of view, was a moderate degree on the tool as overall and in every field.

The results also indicated that there were no statistically significant differences attributable to the variables of academic qualification and years of experience.

The study offers recommendation to train teachers of the first three grades on soft skills to raise their degree of acquisition from a medium to high degree
