Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية التعرف على درجة امتلاك معلمي المدارس الحكومية لمهارات التعلم الرقمي واتجاهاتهم نحو استخدامه في ظل جائحة كورونا، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة تم استخدام المنهج المختلط لملائمته لطبيعة الدراسة، وذلك من خلال تطوير استبانة مكونة من (42) فقرة موزعة على مجالين، المجال الأول " درجة امتلاك المعلمين لمهارات التعلم الرقمي في ظل جائحة كورونا" (15) فقرة و المجال الثاني " اتجاهات المعلمين نحو استخدام مهارات التعلم الرقمي في ظل جائحة كورونا " (27) فقرة، كما تم إجراء مقابلات شخصية مفتوحة ممن لديهم الرغبة من عينة الدراسة، حيث تم التأكد من صدق وثبات الأداتين.

وتكونت عينة الدراسة من (310) معلماً ومعلمة من معلمي المدارس الحكومية الأساسية في العاصمة عمان/ لواء وادي السير خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني 2021/2020، واستخدمت الأساليب الإحصائية المناسبة لمعالجة البيانات باستخدام المتوسطات الحسابية والإنحرافات المعيارية.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة امتلاك المعلمين لمهارات التعلم الرقمي في ظل جائحة كورونا جاءت بدرجة مرتفعة، وبينت النتائج أن اتجاهات المعلمين نحو استخدام مهارات التعلم الرقمي في ظل جائحة كورونا جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، أيضاً أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغيري (الجنس، الخبرة التدريسية).

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of digital learning skills by teachers in public schools and their attitudes toward such use during Corona pandemic (Covid – 19).

In order to attain the purpose of this research, the mixed methodology was used to enhance its suitability for the nature of the study through developing a questionnaire consisting of (42) section allocated into two domains.

The first domain was conducted to study "The degree of digital learning skills by teachers during Corona pandemic (Covid-19)" in (15) sections and the second domain was about "The attitudes of the teachers toward using digital learning skills during Corona pandemic (Covid-19)" in (27) sections.

On the other hand, open personal interviews were conducted for those who are interested in the study sample taking into consideration the reliability and confirmation of the tools.

The sample of the study contained of (310) teachers (males and females) in public schools in Amman – district Wadi Al Seer during the period of the second semester of the scholastic year 2020/2021.

Then in order to treat the date statistically, the mean and standard deviations were used.

The result showed that the degree of digital learning skills by teachers during Corona pandemic (Covid-19) have got high grades, and the result of the teachers attitudes toward using digital learning skills during Corona pandemic (Covid-19) have got medium grades, and the study also showed there aren't statistically significant differences attributable due to gender variables and teaching experience.
