The employment of technologies and software falls under the harness of Allah Almighty to the assets in the earth and the sky to serve the human being and to facilitate the fulfillment of his material and cognitive needs and seek to use it in the acquisition of knowledge, and artificial intelligence is one of the most important and recent contributions of the information age and digital communication, it has been used in most areas of life.

The process of submitting fatwas went through several stages, of which: Oral, written, audible, visual, and electronic, down to the stage of virtual fatwas through artificial intelligence technology, it means: the questioner obtains the answer to an Islamic legitimate issue by communicating with software or digital applications that have the ability to think highly, analyze data, and give a specific result directly or through a mediator specialized in informing about the Islamic legal ruling.

The research, which adopted the analytical induction approach, concluded that the use of artificial intelligence devices is legitimate and that it is based on Sharia texts in the cognitive interaction with non-humans and its reliance on building mandated rulings, this legitimacy calls on Islamic countries to exert more care in owning the knowledge of software and electronic applications.
