Abstract EN

The research aims to prepare a scale of strategic vision and administrative performance for administrative leaders and to know the relationship between them in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences.

the descriptive approach was used by the survey method, and the research community was represented by the administrative leaders in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in the iraqi universities, which numbered (18) faculties, where the sample of the research was chosen randomly and numbered (90) members of the original community.

the study reached the following conclusions: the strategic vision is more important and urgent in the stages of college transformation and the important changes that accompany it, as it works to clarify the general direction of change, simplify thousands of detailed decisions, and motivate workers to take the right actions and according to the announced direction quickly and in an efficient manner.

among the most important recommendations is the need to pay attention to training programs for various educational cadres, to develop their capabilities in the field of their interaction, and training in the use of computers and modern office equipment to ensure aspects related to the quality of administrative performance.

the necessity of paying attention by the leaders of administrative institutions to the teaching cadres and employees and giving them incentives and encouragements on purposeful scientific bases to ensure raising the level of quality of their performance and upgrading it.
