Abstract EN

The research seeks to clarify and study some of the Sharia pro- visions related to women that are not often seen or studied by oth- ers, and it is from what Imam Malik referred to them when he was asked, through the book: “Al-Mudawwanah”.

The second principle is in Maliki jurisprudence.

There is no book in the Maliki School of Thought that has received attention and appreciation of what Imam Malik’s Mudawwanah - or the Mudawwanah in the narration of Sahnoun - has obtained, whether on the tongues of earlier or later scholars.

This study was organized according to an introduction, two chap- ters, and a conclusion: As for the introduction: I mentioned the research’s importance, the reason for choosing it, its objectives, its limits, previous studies, the research methodology, my methodology in it, and what was in- cluded in the study plan.

As for the first chapter: I mentioned a brief presenting of Imam Malik, and an introduction of the book “The Great Mudawwanah”.

As for the second merit: I mentioned the transferences of Imam Malik, in some issues related to women, then compared them with other Schools of Thought, then explained the most correct after that.

As for the conclusion: it included the most important results that I reached in this study.
