Arabic Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى الكشف عن درجة امتلاك مدرسي الجغرافيا في العراق للكفايات الرقمية في المدارس المتوسطة والعوامل المؤثرة في امتلاكهم لها، إذ تكونت عينة الدراسة من (236) مدرساً ومدرسة من مدرسي مادة الجغرافيا.

ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تطوير أداة الدراسة والتي قسمت إلى قسمين، إذ تناول القسم الأول (الكفايات الرقمية)، وتناول القسم الثاني العوامل المؤثرة في امتلاكهم للكفايات الرقمية).

وأشارت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن درجة امتلاك المدرسين للكفايات الرقمية جاءت متوسطة.

وبينت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة الامتلاك تعزى لمتغير الجنس في جميع المجالات باستثناء مجال تصميم أنشطة رقمية، وجاءت الفروق لصالح الإناث.

فيما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية تعزى لمتغير الخبرة في جميع المجالات باستثناء مجال استخدام مصادر الشبكة العالمية (الإنترنت) ، حيث جاءت الفروق لصالح ذوي الخبرة أقل من 5 سنوات.

في ضوء نتائج الدراسة الحالية فقد أوصت الدراسة بتعزيز دور المدرسين لدرجة امتلاك الكفايات الرقمية، أن تقوم وزارة التربية بزيادة الاهتمام والتوسع في البنية التحتية وذلك بتجهيز المدارس بأجهزة التقنية والتكنولوجيا لتحسين العملية التدريسية.

English Abstract

This study aimed to reveal the degree to which geography teachers in Iraq possess digital competencies in middle schools and the factors affecting their possession of them.

The study sample consisted of (236) teachers of geography.

To achieve the objectives of the study, the study tool was developed, which was divided into two parts.

The first part dealt with (digital competencies), and the second part dealt with the factors affecting their possession of digital competencies.

The results of the study also indicated that the degree of teachers' possession of digital competencies was moderate.

The results showed that there were no statistically significant differences in the degree of ownership due to the gender variable in all fields except for the field of designing digital activities, and the differences came in favor of females.

While the results indicated that there were no statistically significant differences due to the variable of experience in all fields except for the use of the World Wide Web (Internet) resources, where the differences came in favor of those with less than 5 years of experience.

In light of the results of the current study, the study recommended strengthening the role of teachers to the degree of possessing digital competencies, that the Ministry of Education increase interest and expand the infrastructure by equipping schools with technical devices and technology.
