Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة مشاركة القيادات النسائية الأردنية في صنع القرار التربوي في وزارة التربية و التعليم من وجهة نظر القادة التربويين في مركز الوزارة، اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، و تكونت عينة الدراسة من (154) قائداً و مديراً تربوياً في الوزارة، تم اختيارهم من (225) قائداً يمثلون مجتمع الدراسة.

أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة مشاركة القيادات النسائية الأردنية في صنع القرار التربوي في وزارة التربية و التعليم متوسطة"، حيث كانت درجة مشاركتهن في بعد الشعور بالمشكلة و تحديدها متوسطة"، و درجة مشاركتهن في جمع المعلومات اللازمة للقرار التربوي متوسطة، و درجة مشاركتهن في وضع بدائل للقرار التربوي متوسطة، و درجة مشاركتهن في اختيار القرار التربوي الأفضل "متوسطة، و درجة مشاركتهن في تنفيذ و متابعة القرار التربوي كبيرة".

و أظهرت النتائج وجود فروق ذات دلالة في درجة مشاركة القيادات النسائية الأردنية تعزى لمتغير المستوى التعليمي، بين حملة شهادة البكالوريوس و الدكتوراه لصالح درجة الدكتوراة، و بين حملة شهادة الدكتوراه و الماجستير لصالح حملة درجة الماجستير.

و وجود فروق ذات دلالة في درجة المشاركة تبعاً لمتغير عدد سنوات الخبرة، لصالح فئة (من 5 إلى أقل سنوات).

و وجود فروق ذات دلالة في استجابات عينة الدراسة على درجة مشاركة القيادات النسائية الأردنية في صنع القرار التربوي تعزى لمتغير النوع لصالح الإناث.

و كان من أهم توصيات الدراسة العمل على تدريب القيادات النسائية على استخدام المنهج العلمي في إدارة و صنع القرار التربوي للتغلب على التحديات التي تقف أمام مشاركتهن في صنع القرار.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the Degree of Participation of Jordanian Women Leaders in Educational Decision-Making at the Ministry of Education/The Centre by Educational Leaders Perspectives, the study is based on the descriptive and analytical approach, the study population consisted of (225) leaders , and the study sample consisted of (154) educational leaders in the ministry.

The findings revealed that the degree of participation of Jordanian women leaders in educational decision-making in the Ministry of Education is " medium degree", where the degree of participation in the field of feeling and defining the problem, the area of gathering information necessary for the educational decision, the field of developing alternatives to the educational decision, and the field of choosing the best educational decision was a "medium degree", while the degree of participation in implementing and following up the educational decision was a "large degree." The results showed that there are significant differences in the degree of participation of Jordanian women leaders due to the variable of educational level, between holders of bachelor’s and doctoral degrees in favor of doctoral degrees, and between holders of doctoral and master's degrees in favor of holders of master's degrees.

And there were significant differences in the degree of participation according to the variable number of years of experience, in favor of the category (from 5 to less than 10 years).

There were significant differences in the responses of the study sample on the degree of participation of Jordanian women leaders in educational decision-making due to the gender variable, in favor of females.

Finally, the most important recommendations of the study he training of women leaders to use the scientific method in educational decision-making.
