Arabic Abstract

هدفت الدراسة التعرف إلى درجة ممارسة القيادة الأخلاقية لدى مديري المدارس الحكومية في لواء الجيزة وعلاقتها بالرضا الوظيفي من وجهة نظر المعلمين استخدمت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي الإرتباطي، وتم تطوير استبانة لهذا الغرض والتأكد من صدقها وثباتها.

تكونت عينة الدراسة من 310 معلم ومعلمة تم اختيارهم بالطريقة العشوائية البسيطة أظهرت نتائج الدراسة أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة الأخلاقية من وجهة نظر المعلمين في لواء الجيزة جاءت بدرجة كبيرة، وأن درجة الرضا الوظيفي جاءت بدرجة متوسطة، كما أظهرت النتائج وجود علاقة ارتباطية ذات دلالة إحصائية بين درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس للقيادة الأخلاقية ومستوى الرضا الوظيفي للمعلمين في المدارس الحكومية في لواء الجيزة، وأوصت الدراسة بضرورة التأكيد على اهتمام الجهات الرسمية المعنية في وزارة التربية والتعليم بتعزيز مبادئ القيادة الأخلاقية لدى مديري المدارس من خلال التأكيد عليها كجزء من تقييم المديرين وترقيتهم واعتبار امتلاك الضوابط الأخلاقية مكوناً أساسياً لها، ومعياراً لاختيار مديري المدارس وضرورة إبراز النماذج الناجحة من مديري المدارس المتميزين في مجال القيادة الأخلاقية في لواء الجيزة ليكونوا قدوة لزملائهم.

English Abstract

The study aimed to identify the degree of practicing ethical leadership by public school principals in Al-Giza District and its relationship to job satisfaction from the teachers' perspectives, the study used the relational descriptive approach.

A questionnaire was developed for this purpose after ensuring its validity and consistency, and the study sample consisted of 310 male and female teachers who were chosen in a simple random sampling, the results of the study showed the degree of practicing ethical leadership by public school principals in Al-Giza district from the teachers' perspectives is in a high level, and it also showed that the degree of job satisfaction was medium, the results indicated a positive and statistically significant relationship between the degree of practicing ethical leadership by public school principals and the level of job satisfaction for teachers in public schools in Al-Giza District, the study recommended the need of emphasizing the attention of the official concerned authorities in the Ministry of Education about promoting the concepts of ethical leadership among school principals by highlighting it as part of managers' evaluation and promotion, and considering the possession of ethical controls is as a basic component of it, and a basic criterion for choosing school principals, and the need to highlight successful examples of distinguished school principals in the field of moral leadership in Al-Giza District, so that they could be an example to their colleagues.
