يهدف البحث إلى التعرف على: ١- إعداد تمرينات تعليمية وفق أنموذج كارين يهدف إلى تعلم بعض مسكات المصارعة يتلاءم وقدرات عينة البحث.
٢- معرفة تأثير تمرينات تعليمية وفق أنموذج كارين في تعلم بعض مسكات المصارعة.
تم استخدام المنهج التجريبي وتم اختيار من مصارعي نادي الأعظمية لفئة الناشئين والبالغ عددهم (١٤) مصارعين بأعمار (۱۲-۱۰) سنة.
وأسفرت النتائج هناك تأثير إيجابي بين نتائج الاختبارات القبلية والبعدية للمجموعة البحث ولصالح الاختبارات البعدية في تعلم بعض المسكات المصارعة قيد الدراسة.
وقد تم التوصية تدريب المعلمين على استخدام أساليب حديثة أثناء عملية التعلم كأنموذج كارين في التعلم، وذلك لأن معرفة المعلم بالأسلوب يسهل عليه التعليم بها.
Abstract EN
The research aims to identify: 1- preparing educational exercises according to Karen's model aimed at learning some wrestling grips that fit the capabilities of the research sample.
2- knowing the effect of educational exercises according to Karen's model in learning some wrestling grips.
the experimental method was used, and the Adhamiya club wrestlers were selected for the junior category, which numbered (14) wrestlers, aged (10-12) years.
the results resulted in a positive effect between the results of the pre and post tests of the research group and in favor of the post tests in learning some wrestling grips under study.
it was recommended to train teachers to use modern methods during the learning process, such as Karen's model in learning, because the teacher's knowledge of the method makes it easier for him to teach with it.
