What is meant by the general formulas are the words that indicate comprehensiveness and orption, and the general formulas in the texts of the Book and the Sunnah are very many, of which I mentioned what is text in general, as well as what is predominant in general, and these formulas can be specified such as assigning the Qur'an to the Qur'an, or the Qur'an to the Sunnah, or the Sunnah to the Qur'an, or the Sunnah to the Sunnah.
