The Kuwaiti constitution of 1962 is one of the constitutions that occupied a space among researchers as a result of the political conditions that the emirate went through, starting with the attempts of leader Abdul Karim Qassem to annex it to Iraq on the twenty-fifth of June 1961, and ending with the actual invasion of it on the second of August 1990, which made Kuwaitis.

They adhere to a very large extent in approving the constitution, working with it, and adhering to its articles, as well as banning any formula that weakens it, whether by challenging it or revising it periodically, so Kuwaitis were resilient not to violate it no matter what happened, as it allows the ruling family to exercise its full powers.
