Abstract EN

To acquire knowledge, Arab and Muslim scholars in Andalus used to travel to the centers of knowledge in the Islamic world metropolises as a dignified and good habit.

The literature and sciences of the East began to move to Andalus and vice versa through scholars who were delegated from the East to the west and Andalus.

Studying such a topic comes to enrich the Arabic library with its scientific, literary and social aspects of the Andalusian life in addition to the scientific relations between the East and Andalus which had a great impact on the flourishing of the scientific movement in al-Andalus.

According to this study, it has been stated that the scientific Journeys of Andalusian scholars to the East had a great impact on flourishing and activating the scientific movement in Lberian Peninsula Island.

The quest for knowledge was one of the most important reasons that helped create a sober cultural model which has achieved two things: First, the knowledge and science of the world.

Second, the books and works which have been brought from the East to Andalusian.

So, directly the Andalusian students start receiving these sciences from the scholars who return from their trips to the East and from the books they received.

Thus, the scientific activity has been increased rapidly.

Various sciences have been acquired by scholars through their travels including habits, jurisprudence, history and language as well as the science of readings and literature.
