Abstract EN

This study aimed to figure out how to improve Zain employees’ perceptions of their leader’s humility and how to promote moral efficacy and ethical behavior among Zain employees.

The study looked at how employees’ perceptions of leader humility influenced their ethical behavior.

It also sought to investigate the indirect relationship between them using moral efficacy as a mediating variable.

These findings are based on a field study of 269 front-line employees of Saudi Mobile Telecommunications Company (Zain), which employed a variety of statistical techniques, including Multiple Hierarchical Regression and the Sobel test.

Furthermore, the study found that moral efficacy fully mediated the indirect relationship between leader humility and ethical behaviors among followers.
