Abstract EN

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role of Green Intellectual Capital as a mediator between its antecedents and outcomes.

Therefore, the researcher set out to investigate the various dimensions of green intellectual capital (Green human capital, Green structural capital, Green Relational capital).

This is in order to see how green human resource management practices, environmental awareness, and environmental social responsibility affected green intellectual capital.

The research also investigated the impact of green intellectual capital on green competitive advantage and integrated sustainability performance, as well as the mediating role of green intellectual capital in the effect of green human resource management practices, environmental awareness, and social responsibility on green competitive advantage and integrated sustainability performance.

The researcher used the descriptive analytical method and a set of questions was created to address the research problem.

Data was collected using a questionnaire designed for this purpose.

The researcher drew on a wide range of scientific literature and references related to research variables.

A total of 327 single workers were surveyed for the study.

The study’s foundations predicted these significant outcomes.

First, the agreement of the sample on excluding the green intellectual capital.

Second, the significant effect of the green human resource management practices, the environmental awareness and the environmental social responsibility on the green intellectual capital.

Third, the significant effect of the green intellectual capital on the green competitive advantage and integrated sustainability performance.

Finally, the green intellectual capital's effective mediating role in the relationship between green human resource management practices, environmental awareness, environmental social responsibility, and integrated sustainability performance.
